$400,000.00. Corporate client experienced a fire in their building. The fire resulted in damage to the building which caused their operations to be interrupted. The electrical company who had performed work in the building as well a sprinkler system contractor hired to inspect the fire suppression system prior to the fire were sued. The case was settled for $400,000.00.

Award/Settlement: $3,400,000.00 - Pregnant mother of two went in for a cesarean section delivery. Following the delivery, mother suffered significant blood loss that went untreated. As a result, the mother coded and suffered a severe brain injury.
Award/Settlement: $220,000.00 – The Plaintiff’s eye in this case was injured while undergoing surgery. The injury caused her to lose a portion of her vision and undergo corrective surgery.
